A little catch up from last week and soon to come, a two part Moab post
Workouts:
Wednesday: Elliptical (45) and Bike (45), then Swim 3100 M (60)
Thursday: Moderate Elliptical (60) with Hips and Core and Run/Walk, about 5.3 Miles (60)
